The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the beach and close to bus stops for Siam Park and Jungle Park. The check-in process was quick and efficient. We stayed at the Bitacora for the second time on 26th June with our family and friends.

The pool area with the bar as well as the evening bar area was very good.
The food wasn't the best. Not many fresh fruits. Pineapple was in a can, for example. The price for the low season is pretty high for what you get.

The hotel exceeded high expectations, I would definitely return. The location in a particularly good area was perfect and exceptionally nice.There were shopping centres and different stores nearby.The restaurant was located within 500 metres.Tenerife Sur airport was hardly 18 minutes away by car.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower in the bathroom. The dining room was spacious, and the food was delicious. The pools were clean, and there were quieter areas on the grass if you wanted a more relaxing experience. The entertainment team was superb, and we had a great time at the pool parties and evening events. a well-run hotel with plenty of activities for all ages.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊
